This webinar will focus on analyzing and developing an informed strategy for your
Institution's Perkins Loan portfolio.  Review the key factors necessary to
properly assess and analyze your Perkins Loan portfolio.
Learn how to protect your institution's capital investment and understand
the cost and risk of liquidation.  Develop an informed strategy and next
steps toward maximizing the untapped potential of your Perkins Loan
portfolio.

Maria Livolsi has been with the State University of New York for 28 years,
serving as Director of the Student Loan Service Center for the past 22
years.  She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Siena College and Master of
Science degree from SUNY Albany.  Maria oversees several federal financial
aid programs for the 29 SUNY State-operated campuses including the
management of the $170 million campus-based loan portfolio, containing more
than 65,000 active loans.  Maria is currently serving her sixth year as
President of the Coalition for Higher Education Assistance Organizations
(COHEAO), a national association that advocates for campus-based and
institutional loan programs.

Mike Mietelski has over 27 years of success in business development,
process analysis and performance improvement; Serving the past 15 years as
the Director of Business Development for ConServe, a top performing agency
that specializes in providing professional collection services for
institutions of Higher Education.  In addition to his responsibilities at
ConServe, Mike serves as the Communications Chair on COHEAO’s Board of
Directors, and continues to advocate for the Perkins Loan Program,
Financial Wellness and remains engaged as an advocate for Higher Education
on the regulatory issues facing our offices in Higher Education.
