COHEAO is thrilled to announce that registration is now open for the 2020 Annual Conference, February 11-12 on the University of California’s campus and at the Capitol in Washington, D.C.! Register today!


What is the COHEAO Annual Conference?

  • The must-attend event for student financial services professionals on campus and their vendor partners who are affected by the happenings of Washington D.C. and are looking for innovative solutions to campus financial management issues. 
  • A unique opportunity to visit offices on Capitol Hill and talk directly with congressional staff about the issues that impact your campus and the higher education and campus collections industry.
  • A critical learning tool for regulatory issues and agencies that impact campuses and collections, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  
  •  A way to learn about all breaking news and developments relating to the reauthorization of the Higher Education Act (HEA), and deadlines and guidance issued from the Department of Education that impact campus-based servicing and collections.

We Have A New Annual Conference Location!

As you will note on our agenda, the Day 1 sessions of the 2020 Annual Conference will take place in the University of California’s Washington Center, 1608 Rhode Island Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036, and our Day 2 sessions will take place in the U.S. Capitol Visitor Center.


Early Bird Registration Fees

Institutional Members: $395.00

Institutional Non Members: $495.00

Commercial Members: $465.00

Commercial Non Members: $545.00

·         Early bird registration expires on Friday, January 10, after which all prices will increase by $50.00.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to a $100 administrative fee.  No refunds will be made for cancellations less than one week prior to the start of the event. Please email Greg Marak with any questions.
